I’m Rachel Wiener, LMT. Welcome to my private practice. With 30 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, I bring extensive training and expertise to my sessions.

My work aims to heal injuries and address muscle and postural imbalances using myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and other deep tissue techniques. Additionally, I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, and trauma, which may manifest as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and various chronic pain conditions. With these issues, I adopt a gentle, client-guided approach, asking questions and suggesting techniques to regulate the nervous system and release stuck energy, thereby enhancing emotional resilience and physical well-being.

For individuals with trauma, touch can be intimidating, and my intentional, gentle approach fosters a sense of safety, enabling access to areas holding past experiences. Many clients report experiencing deep relaxation and lasting bliss after sessions.

Whatever your needs are, we find a way to work together at a level that feels safe for your particular system to address all your layers and help you thrive.

I have successfully treated various conditions, including Frozen Shoulder, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Sciatica/Piriformis Syndrome, Scoliosis, Headaches, TMJ Syndrome, Tennis Elbow, Rotator Cuff Injury, Plantar Fasciitis, Neck Pain and Stiffness, Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia, Fibromyalgia, Lyme Disease Symptoms, Chronic Pain, and others. Whether you seek relief from a specific chronic pain pattern, are recovering from an injury, or simply wish to relax your body and mind, I am here to assist you.
